Jeanné Sei -C.E.O
A native New Mexican, Jeanné Sei received her B.A. degree from
UNM. Her emphasis of blending science and advanced cooking techniques
was her recipe for creating the "science of kitchen function".
That philosophy is the mandate behind 21 successful years of Kitchens
By Jeanné. She has written for many publications regarding
food related topics and maintains a passion for cooking. As a board
member and participant in many local organizations, Jeanné
is always in tune with the community and regional needs. "In
life as in business—passion, planning, and perseverance are
